Do you accept insurance?

We do accept most major insurance plans. When you call to schedule your appointment, have your insurance information on hand and we will verify coverage for you. Most medically necessary oral and maxillofacial surgery is covered by dental or medical insurance, and sometimes it is covered by both. Procedures that may be considered elective or cosmetic, like dental implants, may only be covered under certain circumstances.

Do you provide financial assistance if needed?

We never want patients to have to delay needed care for financial reasons. We offer financing through CareCredit®, which can pay all costs not covered by your insurance plan, with no interest financing and low minimum monthly payments. We also accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

What do I need to bring with me for my first appointment?

We ask that you complete your new patient registration forms and submit them to us online prior to your first visit. Bring your dental and medical insurance cards, a list of current medications you are taking, and a written referral and x-rays from your doctor or dentist if you have them.

Do you offer emergency appointments?

During our regular office hours, we give immediate attention to emergency situations whenever possible. After office hours, call our office and follow the instructions provided. If you are experiencing significant pain or uncontrolled bleeding, please visit your nearest emergency room for treatment.
