Great experience from start to finish. Everyone took great care and made me feel comfortable. The nurses and Dr. McIntire are amazing, I would recommend them to anybody.
It’s difficult to describe a dental procedure as a great experience, but OMA made everything so easy and comfortable! I highly recommend!!
The staff was great! I felt at ease throughout the whole process.

Questions You Might Have Before Booking an Appointment:
Do you accept insurance?
Necessary oral and maxillofacial surgery is typically covered by medical or dental insurance plans––and sometimes it's even covered by both. Procedures that are deemed cosmetic or elective, like dental implants, may not be covered. When you call to schedule your first visit with us, please have your insurance information available so we can verify coverage before your appointment. Some of the insurance plans we accept include:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Delta Dental
- Health Choice
- Aetna
- Cigna
Do you provide financial assistance if needed?
You are responsible for paying any costs not covered by your medical or dental insurance. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept CareCredit®, which provides financing for dental and medical costs that aren't covered by insurance. CareCredit offers low minimum monthly payment and no interest financing options to qualified patients.
What do I need to bring with me for my first appointment?
Bring your dental and medical insurance cards, a written referral and x-rays from your dentist if you have them, and a list of any medications you are currently taking. Prior to your visit, you can complete your new patient registration forms on our website.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
During our office hours, we give immediate attention to emergency situations. After office hours, call our office and follow the instructions provided on the recorded message. If you're experiencing uncontrolled bleeding or pain, go to your nearest emergency room for treatment.
